Participant Feedback - InvestTech 2018

Fantastic event, very well run.

It was a really good niche group of people who are well ahead of the rest of the industry.

Thank you for a very useful event.

Thanks Toby! Always of value.

Great to see more adviser attendees rather than so many providers.

InvestTech 2018

The event where the advice and investment professionals meet the technology providers.

Advice and investment are in transition and technology is driving that change, as it transforms how advisers and licensees;

1. Produce and deliver advice
2. Manage client portfolios
3. Implement and administer portfolios
4. Charge fees
5. Report to clients
6. Trade for one or many clients

Managed accounts are at the forefront of technology change.  Businesses can choose among over 50 technology suppliers with live options for the advice and investment profession running managed account portfolios.

Whether it's the integrated options from platform providers or the specialist functionality which technology providers offer to meet specific needs - technology is helping advisers and managers reshape their services.

Technology’s role in addressing the value proposition dilemma

Technology is playing an increasing role in delivering value from Licensee to Adviser and subsequently Adviser to investor. With licensees having to review and consider their role in providing business solutions to advisers, it is important to understand how the technology available to them can assist. This is particularly pertinent in the Managed Account sector, as advisers look to increase their client engagement models and interact more frequently and seamlessly with their clients. Martin Morris Head of Distribution for Praemium will provide insights into how Managed Account technology can be utilised to address this value proposition dilemma.

Removing friction from your customer's journey

Andrew Braun General Manager of Marketing at Netwealth says client expectations are changing. And with this change in expectation comes Advisers' chance to innovate. In this interactive workshop, Netwealth will share with you a number of tools it has created to help your business innovates its customer’s journey. Discuss with your peers ideas that you can take away and implement in your practice today.
