Toby Potter - Chair of IMAP
He has championed IMAP's mission for a number of years and is a key contributor for IMAP (along with others) to the representation to ASIC on recent changes to the MDA regulations.
His experience in the wider investments market is extensive and his advice and experience is frequently sought after for his breadth and detail, plus his knowledge of the people in the business.
His working experience includes key roles for NAB, IOOF, Morningstar, Managed Accounts, SFG Australia.

Jane McIlroy - National Marketing and Events Director
Jane is the key to the success of IMAP's conferences, events and webinars over recent years.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the investments market and the people that make it all happen.

Jenny Phimleut - IMAP Program Manager
She has a broad background in Financial Services having worked for Next Financial in Product and Portfolio Management as well as for Shadforth Financial Group as an Assistant Product Manager. Her experience has been focused on Managed Accounts and she has a breadth of knowledge in the area.

Jayson Forrest - Editor of IMAP's Managed Account Perspectives
Jayson Forrest has been involved in the Australian Financial Services industry since 1990. He has over 27 years experience as a financial services journalist and course facilitator.
Jayson co-founded and edited Your Mortgage Magazine and The Rate Check Book, as well as writing a syndicated finance column for News Limited.
In 1996, Jayson joined Australia’s largest business-to-business publisher, Reed Business Information (RBI). During his 19.5 years with the company, Jayson edited Counterpoint magazine before taking on the Editor role of Financial Planning magazine – the official publication of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA). He has been involved with Financial Planning magazine since 1999.
In 2012, Jayson successfully launched a new education business for Reed Business Information, having put together education programs for financial planners on a variety of topics including Self-Managed Super Funds, Direct Investing and Managed Accounts, Asset Allocation, Platforms and Wraps, and Retirement Incomes.
Jayson is also a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Assessor, having successfully completed the FPA CPD Assessor Training Program in 2014. This enables him to assess courses, programs and seminars for CPD points available for financial planning professionals.
Jayson has served as publisher of the Financial Services division of RBI, with responsibility for print and online publications including Money Management, Super Review, Financial Planning magazine, The Blue Book, and SMSF Essentials. Jayson was publisher of the group for four years (2008-2011).
Jayson continues to edit Money and Life magazine, the magazine of the Financial Planning Association and is the current editor of IMAP’s quarterly publication - Managed Account Perspectives.
Jayson is a Bell Award winning journalist/editor and in 2017, he received the FPA’s Distinguished Service Award for outstanding service to the financial planning profession.

Gordon Quah Smith - Director
His experience spans senior executive roles in the banking, financial services, funds management, consumer credit, aerospace, IT, food (FMCG) and pharmaceuticals, maritime and construction industries.
Gordon has a keen sense of the commerciality of transactions and a focus on the cost effectiveness of services provided to clients.
Gordon has consulted extensively on Corporate Governance, Compliance and Risk Management.
Adam Seccombe - Chair of Regulatory Working Group
As Chair of the Regulatory Working Group Adam’s role is to lead IMAP’s representation and interaction with regulators, and together with other members of the group, to identify and prioritise issues as they emerge.
Adam moved with his family to Sydney in 2007 on assignment with the asset management division of the British bank Barclays.
He has worked as Head of Business Development Barclays Global Investors (BGI) Europe on the large scale launch of its iShares ETF business.
In Sydney he led the establishment of iShares in Australia and following merger with BlackRock, became Managing Director, BlackRock Australia. More recently he was Executive Director of Implemented Portfolios.

Rob Corben - Co-ordinator for Data Standards Working Group
Rob is the ultimate translator between advice and technology with over two decades of specialist advice technology development and senior management roles.
He brings an innate ability to expertly assess a business’ needs and deliver the most effective technology strategies.
Rob's role is to co-ordinate and progress the IMAP initiative to bring together a large group of key interested organisations to develop data standards for the managed accounts industry.

Paul Saliba - Co-ordinator of the Investment Working Group
Paul provides a broad range of investment consulting services through Evolutionary Portfolio Services. He is an investment specialist having joined the industry in the late 1990s and has worked in investment management and research ever since. Institutionally he has worked at ANZ Asset Management and has had roles including being a Supervisory Analyst at Wall Street firms Citigroup and Credit Suisse.
Paul has also worked closely with financial planning practices and planners, and their clients since 2008. Paul has worked in roles, such as, Chief Investment Officer of Lachlan Partners, Portfolio Manager at Mosaic Portfolio Advisers and Head of Equities & Portfolio Construction at IOOF. Paul managed in excess of $6 billion at Mosaic Portfolio Advisers and at IOOF Paul was the investment manager for the Managed Account (and model) portfolios across the group with in excess of $2.6 billion under management. He was also a responsible manager on the AFSLs of the MDA provider and two of IOOF’s advice businesses.
Paul's work with IMAP in forming the Investment Working Group began in late 2018
Paul has a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Economic and Econometrics, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment, a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia
