IMAP MDA Providers Group

The IMAP MDA Providers Group as formed in reaction to the ASIC review of the MDA Legislative Instrument due in Sept 2026.

The group is comprised of a special interest group who wish to approach ASIC with a single voice to attempt to ensure practical changes to the regulation.

IMAP’s role is to coordinate and proactively represent MDA Providers

The group is seeking more information about how ASIC is likely to approach review of the Instrument

Identify issues of concern in the current operation of MDA regulation

Identify areas of potential improvement to MDAs
