Subscription Payments
If for any reason you decide within 7 days of payment you no longer want to proceed with the subscription IMAP will refund the amount paid minus a 20% processing cost.
Training & Events
Notice of 28 or more days: 50% refund
14 - 27 days notice: 25% refund
less than 14 days notice: 0 refund*
*Please note you may send an alternate attendee to the event. Please advise the details of the alternate attendee at least 24 hours before the event.
If the training is cancelled or rescheduled within 14 days of original date, IMAP will refund all monies paid to IMAP.
